The status Indexed, not submitted in sitemap indicates that Google has indexed these URLs on your website, but it has not found these URLs through the submitted XML sitemap.
In most cases, this isn’t a big problem, but it can be a useful pointer that your sitemap is not updated and getting cached.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Remove all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and resubmit your main sitemap.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
I have done all the above steps that you mentioned, still the issue exists

Please try applying this filter code into your theme’s functions.php file to completely remove Rank Math’s sitemap file from caching.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC again and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
Please allow Google some time to recrawl the sitemap. This might take a couple of days depending on the crawling budget Google has given to your site.
