We are deep into our development right now (actually migrating a drupal site across to WP).
At this stage, I don’t feel comfortable having another ‘techy’ poking around the website.
If there isn’t anything that I can look at – then I will go with Yoast.
Is there anything I could look at? Rank Math is NOT listed in the admin menu

Yes. -I’ve deleted and re-installed prior to contacting you (and I’ve just done it again now)
My problem is that the icon for Math Rank does NOT appear in my menu – ???
I can only guess that it is incompatible with our theme ‘traveler’
FYI – We are using traveler theme (https://travelerwp.com/), and when I asked about my problems with the Rank Math plugin – their support said they “do not list Rank Math in the compatible plugin list of Traveler. We cannot control the issue comes from 3rd party plugin”

Please check for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the plugins and see if it works when all other plugins are deactivated.
