Also, please attempt to delete and re-install the Rank Math plugin.
Note that reinstalling Rank Math will not delete all your settings data.

This is caused by an outdated version of the helper files from your theme.
Please update your theme to the latest version as MyThemeShop has already released a fix for the issue in their recent updates for the themes.
