Rank Math would not be able to add the category of your products to your product URLs. In this case, you may need to add the /product-category/ on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Product Permalinks.
Please refer to the attached screenshot in the sensitive data section on how to achieve it for your product URLs.

Hello,
I changed the product base in the permalink settings and also enabled the Remove Base option in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce and now you can access your products at /product-cat/product/.
