The problem also occurs when I create a new post. The breadcrumb title should get automatically filled with the post title.

That option is to add the title only when you want to use a custom title to be displayed in the breadcrumbs. By default, it should show the title of the post in the breadcrumbs and the Schema.
Can you please share an affected URL in the sensitive data section so we can check this further?

I can check that the breadcrumbs on your site are not being added by Rank Math. Your theme is adding the breadcrumbs. Please disable the theme’s breadcrumbs from the theme options and then follow this guide to use Rank Math’s breadcrumbs on your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/
