The Bing Instant Indexing API is also available for Free users. You may activate it on your modules page under Rank Math > Dashboard.

In a recent update, we have integrated the new IndexNow API that submits the URLs to Bing and Yandex. So you don’t have to follow the instructions in the guide that you have shared and directly use the Index Now: Submit URL option to submit the URLs to Bing. https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-indexnow/
