We checked and it seems like you purchased the subscription with the email ID present in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

You can download the Rank Math PRO plugin files from your registered account here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

Please ensure to login into the account with the email ID in the sensitive data section.

Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

As you also have a free Rank Math account with the email ID bj*****@gmail.com, if you want to get the accounts merged, then please let us know your preferred email address.
