    Hi, as you have the features of Nofollow External Links (with Nofollow Domains & exclude Domains), please add the same feature for rel=”sponsored” also. This will help us to add the sponsored tag to certain domains.

    This feature is available in the plugin but the option is only accessible when adding links within the post editor as shown below:
