Trying to reconnect website.

    Dear RankMath,

    My question is how to reconnect my website after disconnecting one of the websites. In the RankMath ‘my account/websites’ section the website has disappeared. How can I fix this?

    A while back my domain name was with the .nl and I changed it to .com. So on the Rankmath website, I disconnected my danielwulffpetersen.nl website so I can reconnect with the danielwulffpetersen.com instead. Now I don’t seem to reconnect anywhere. In the WordPress backend, I pressed ‘disconnect account’ in the ‘help’ section of the RankMath. This doesn’t do anything. It keeps giving me the option to ‘disconnect account’.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    On the Help tab, you should be able to connect again upon clicking the disconnect button to reconnect your website to your Rank Math account.

    Could you please go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, and make sure that the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup?
    Meaning, both URLs have the same exact protocols, and they should be matching.

    Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.

    If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
