Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The mobile snapshots don’t update each time you run the SEO Analysis as we are using an external service for that with some caching.
It usually takes about a week to update the cache on that service and re-generate a new thumbnail.
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Dear sir , this snapshot showing 404 error , so needed to delete , my organic traffic drastically reduced , because of 404 error , so please treat it is urgent , and how to fix it sir ?
since i deleted the image from wordpress media library , then again how this image appeared in rankmath seo , (deleted this image very long back , more than a month ago)
Hello,
Can you please share the URL of your site in the sensitive data section so we can check?
Also, the mobile snapshot displayed in the SEO Analysis is only for your reference and doesn’t affect your site’s ranking or traffic. It is not a live representation of how your site will show up on mobile phones and uses a cached screenshot.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.

Hello,
I can check that there are a couple of images on your page that have an empty alt tag. Please add the alt tags to the images in the media library to fix the issue.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.
Thanks.

Hello,
This is the image that is generating the issue: https://learn4earnmoney.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/thai-image-paint.jpg
The image is still present in your page source. You can add the ALT text to the images by following this guide: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/image-alt-text-vs-image-title-in-wordpress-whats-the-difference/
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
