Google stop crawling the news sitemaps

Since January 29 the news sitemap stopped updating. In these last 2 days I have posted about 30 posts but I do not see that google reads the news sitemap, I have already opened a ticket but not when I sent the email that was requested I changed it to pro and I can no longer see the ticket.
