Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Could you confirm if you’re saying that no data is shown in Rank Math > Analytics? If yes, please confirm if you have keywords/content ranking below the 100th position on SERPs and you’re seeing data in your Google Search Console account?
If yes, please follow these steps to initiate a fresh data fetch and see if that updates the data:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
Please note that the data importing process may take some time. Usually, the time taken is below 20 minutes but the time may vary.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Prabhat Rai,
Thanks for your message. It didn’t work. I have many keywords below the 20th position according to Google Search Console. I`m attaching the link on the sensitive data field with a video, maybe it helps.
Thanks,
Ed
Hello,
Thanks for sharing the screencast.
I can see that you’re not able to view your Analytics account in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and this is resulting in Analytics not being visible on your site.
Could you please try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Account by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configuring the Analytics settings again?
Have a look at this screenshot –
Once you have reconnected your Google Account, check if you are able to select the Analytics account?
If the Analytics account is connected, configure the settings by following this guide – https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/
Post that, follow the steps my colleague suggested above and this should help resolve the issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
It works! Thanks a million.
