Assuming you already added the Facebook thumbnail at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage.
This can be caused by a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

I have checked and found that it is not conflicting with any plugin and when I am looking the page source it showing the URL of that og:image which has to bee shared on facebook.
