    just bought a license using i***@v********* and can’t see link to download plugin for pro. only see the basic plugin link

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems you already have the PRO subscription in your account.

    Please visit your account page and look for the “Download” button as you can see in my screenshot here:

    If that won’t work, please try downloading the PRO plugin using a different browser or in an incognito mode.

    Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account.

    The PRO features should be activated after doing so.
