I am using RankMath free at the moment, connected to 2 sites:
aspireactadapt.com and mystartuponline.comBoth sites are connected to GA and GSC and both sites show a trickle in the stats.
However, in RankMath the stats show for aspireactadapt.com but not for mystartuponline.com
I have (I believe) followed advice to check and reconnect for mystartuponline.com but with no success.
Do you have any ideas for me, please?

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.Let us know how it goes.

It might take a couple of minutes to rebuild the index. Also, please ensure to follow steps 2 – 4. If the data is still not populated in your analytics dashboard, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I logged in to your website and checked the settings.
You have not granted the permissions while connecting with Google.
Please go to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics then please reconnect, grant all the permissions, and configure the settings.

I logged into your website’s admin area and noticed that the permission was given, but the permission is shown only for Google Search Console.
However, I’ve initiated a fresh data fetch and it would take around 48 minutes to complete the data fetch.
Please wait for that time and see if the data gets populated.
If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the website’s performance report of the last 30 days from your Google Search Console account. You can use a tool like imgur.com to share the screenshot’s link.
