unable to delete permalink and display problem

    I have just started to use your rankmath wordpress plugin. I have used yoast in the past but I thought that I would try something different.

    Unfortunately there are some errors on my screen.

    I try to change the permalimk in the pop up but it is not changing in your set up screen the bottom of the product page.

    I initially used 150 characters but some and reduced them to 75. I also tried back deleting the whole link. I can’t delete it. I get to the first character. The whole link reappears. Just like candles on a cake that you can’t blow out. There’s no save button in the pop up window is this the problem. I press x. However, I can’t see the changes being made in the main screen.

    I tried to attach screenprints to show the problems. I can’t. URL don’t work.

    Could you please share the affected URL so we can check as well (if it’s already published)? Also, please share the new permalink/slug you wanted to use. You can use this tool to upload screenshots and share the link here.

    Meanwhile, if the changes are not saving while using Rank Math, please check if you have any firewall as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data.
