Problematic redirect happening with new product url

    I am a little stuck, I found a problem with one of my products in our online store – when one clicks on the product the first response was page not found, then we tried to fix it, but nothing worked that we tried. So much so we deleted the product and added it again as a new product, now it redirects to one of the other products in the same category, but not the actual url that the product should be showing under – we are not sure how to resolve this, and have now put the product in question marked as out of stock – so it is not showing on our online shop to avoid customers getting irritated with us.

    We did clear our cache and cookies – but not even that helped. Please could you guide us to where we need to go and look to be able to fix this problem?

    Please note that we have moved the product out of the store so surrounded by love cannot be viewed in the store online.

    Thank you for your response. We had the product on with the link, also could see it in our store, but when we clicked on the item to actually view it and add it to the basket then that was when the item took us to the other product item link – the product page is currently saved in draft format has been deleted as we could not get the item to display and click through to the actual item when wanting to purchase it, no matter if we started all over and added it as a new product page either – it still defaulted to the other link –

    So we have put it back into the shop but showing it as on backorder – but when we update and then click on the view product to check the update it takes us to the willow trees out gift product page – which is not correct, this is the only one in the category that is doing this, all the others are working correctly, really not sure what is wrong and how to sort this out? Deleting the product completely – would that be an option?

    Here is the category page link, perhaps you can check when clicking on the surrounded by love option product where it takes you to, as when we click on the product it takes us to a different product in the same category which is not correct and then will not be added to the basket by the client as incorrect product ……..

    Thank you for being able to point out the error – we have actually solved it now by using a correct product and making a copy draft and setting up the product again on that draft copy, and all is good, everything is now working again – sorry not the most tech-savvy – but once we were pointed out the error we thought perhaps we used a bad product template and should try a different one, and the problem now solved – we must have deleted the product category as you mentioned on the product version that was giving the error.
