    Hi This is not a criticism just an observation as your forum can’t reopen a “resolved” ticket and you close tickets that aren’t resolved (and by that I mean you say you have no ETA for a resolve on an issue taht should mean the ticket remains open! I have opened a new ticket.
    You say that Rank Math can’t determine if Divi modules have an alt tag why don’t you just scan the source code. DIVI plainly displays the alt tag – see sensitive data. I’m probably talking out of my proverbial but it seems a simple solution to me.
    I am loving Ran Math but this no image and rich media thing is just annoying. I appreciate that you see it as a DIVI issue but they are not going to change the way they do things I’m afraid to say. Surely there is a fix here.

    If you reply with “developers are working on it” please don’t mark the ticket as resolved as it plainly isn’t

    All feedback is good feedback and we really appreciate your opinion in these matter. I think it will be quite easy to make the forum changes in future.

    As for the integration issue with Divi, this is on the to do list but as we have quite a few improvements and bug fixes on the priority list we cannot yet disclose when this will be available.

    I wanted to add that we cannot just scan the source code. What happens when the post is not published? We can only scan what’s available in the editor and scanning shortcode content like the one Divi adds is very hard unless the developer of that theme helps us integrate with their page builder using our content analysis API:

    To avoid spam, we automatically close the tickets after 15 days to avoid spamming on old posts. You are free to add a reply or open a new ticket.

    With that said, if you already know that you have added the alt text to images, there is nothing to be worried about.

    The score is there only for your reference anyway and doesn’t affect your actual rankings. Treat it only as a to-do list, nothing more. Don’t try to live by it and don’t follow the tests religiously.
