subscription problem with PRO licences

    it seems that my site no longer has PRO subscription which is not true purchased on 30.11.2021.

    The problem occurred with the new update.
    Thank you to fix it as soon as possible.

    Hi just discovered that when I asked new password for my account your email has been delivered on spam .

    Anyhow I did not see ot found a merge account from Gmail to s.evicus.

    My problem is I cannot update to new version of RM Pro even is activated on my website with all option available.

    PLease let me know how-to proceeding.

    In this case, please reconnect your website to your paid Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, disconnect and connect your website again.

    Once done, clear your website’s cache and try to update the Rank Math PRO plugin.
