    Hi,

    I have a problem with my pro account. It is registered to completegaragedoorsnorfolk.com I do not know where the account is for that. I have tried to resolve this with you 3 months ago and still it is useless to me. If I log into Rank Math from the pro account, I am taken to this account where it does not show a purchase. My bank shows that I purchased on 23rd August.

    You must have a way of seeing something in the code surely to identify the account or anyone with access to the plug in could use it free.

    I’ve had it deactivated because it caused a fatal error and now I’ve switched it back on, all of the pages say schema off except cookies. At the least I want to make sure that it does not renew. What to do?

    Checking my colleague’s reply, he asked if you still remember what email address you used to make this purchase, however, we haven’t received a response from you and our BOT closed the ticket due to inactivity. Kindly share that with us so we can check you account on our end.
