Hi,
I took a look at my credit card statement and noticed that instead of the refund being issued there actually was another charge. Please issues a refund for both transactions. Here is the image of my statement: Click to show both charges coming from.

Please check the charge details as your filter is showing all transactions and that will show incoming and outgoing transactions.
