That’s perfectly normal for a plugin to save data inside that table related to the posts and pages on your website.
This is how every single SEO plugin does it and if you switch to Yoast or any other alternative, over time that table will be filled with data from those SEO plugins.
We try to minimize the data we put there and, for example, if you don’t add a manual title and description on your posts we don’t add any data there and instead take the information from the settings.
This alone allows us to same a huge number of entries, but there’s other data that we need to keep track of related to posts and pages and that needs to be saved in the database.
