Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Initially, it seems like a conflict issue. If the plugins are getting deactivated upon enabling the troubleshooting mode, then Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin is not working properly on your website.
As we also recommend using that plugin to check for conflicts, you can create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.
You may follow this article to create the staging website: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Please share the logins in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

Hey team
I am sharing with you the temporary access of my staging site
Please check and help me to resolve the issue
Please note:
We have updated the meta data in the admin but it is not reflecting in the front pages for “neighborhood” taxonomy of “office suites” custom post type.
Can you please check this for us and let us know what is the issue ?
Thanks
Hello,
I tried to check the settings of the Neighborhood taxonomy but wasn’t able to find it under the CPT UI settings. Can you please confirm which plugin have you used to create the taxonomy?
We really look forward to helping you.
Thanks.

Hi,
I am sharing the ftp with you.
You can find the code the neighborhood taxonomy in this file
Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/26qjzp0
Still, if you find any difficulty in finding this taxonomy, you can search in a “String Locator” plugin which is under “Tools”.
You can add the “Neighborhoods” it will search and give you the result of custom-post-type.php file

You can also edit and get the code in it https://prnt.sc/26qkt2r
Hello,
That taxonomy is likely created wrongly because when we try to fetch the ID of the current object with the function get_queried_object_id() we get a null value or zero which means our plugin is also not able to fetch the taxonomy ID and get the information for the title and description accurately.
You’ll need to double-check the custom taxonomy implementation and make sure that when it’s loaded the information about the ID is getting passed through the object.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
