Indexing on Google is working perfectly.
When I try to index a url through IndexNow to bing, it displays error.

We have released an update for the “Instant Indexing for Google” plugin which also includes some improvements for the IndexNow and Bing API. Please update the plugin and see if that fixes the issue. Here’s the link to the changelog: https://wordpress.org/plugins/fast-indexing-api/#developers
If the issue persists, please temporarily disable any firewall that you have and after clearing the website and browser’s cache, test the URLs again.

The error message you mentioned, “OpenSSL Unable to sign data” seems to suggest an issue with the SSL certificate, or some other server-side configuration issue with the OpenSSL module. Please contact your hosting provider about this matter.
