rank math button not working

    I’ve been using and testing Rank Math (RM) for the last eight weeks on a new Divi Theme website – up to now it’s been working well. However this morning in trying to optimize a post or page, it’s stopped working?! When I click the Rank Math icon in a Divi page or post nothing happens?

    I only use two plugins; Wordfence and Updraft Plus, I deactivated both and RM is still not working. This is a big issue as I’ve optimized my entire site using RM and now it’s not working.

    Before considering purchasing your pro version I need stability in the free version.

    Just to clarify – Rank Math is working in the Standard Editor but not the Divi Editor. It was working fine until your last update. Hope that helps.

    (I’ve also noticed that in the standard editor, Rank Math is not picking up Alt Image tags/data which it does in the Divi editor).

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
