I have set up RankMath link to Google Analytics, I believe correctly, but it isn’t pulling data through to the dashboard.
Bhanu has suggested I contact you.
Please help.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Everything seems to be working now except Dashboard – Overall Optimization. It shows Fair 1, Poor 2, No Data 90
Hello,
Please try to reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate a new auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
Do ensure all permissions are allowed: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
After that, please follow this guide again: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
When you say allow all permissions, what do you mean?
Please be specific as there are quite a few buttons on that pageHello,
When you connect your Google account with Rank Math, it needs access to some information from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics account in order to fetch site analytics data and display that inside your WordPress dashboard.
Please ensure to give all the required permissions to Rank Math so it can work properly.
We hope that answers your question. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us again if you have further questions.
Thank you
I am aware IRank Math needs access to some information from your Google Search Console and Google Analytics account. But – ‘Please ensure to give all the required permissions…’ means nothing to me. Jeremy said ‘ …ensure all permissions are allowed.’
I said, please be specific. I don’t know what permissions you are talking about – and where is RANK MATH SEO screen you are showing me. I can’t find it anywhere.Hello,
Sorry for the confusion. The screenshot that my colleague has shared is from the Google Analytics account.
You can simply reconnect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and as soon as you select your Google account you will see a screen where you need to allow access. Please make sure that all the boxes are checked and click on Allow. Here is a guide that can help: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/#num-2-connect-your-rank-math-account
Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
You can simply reconnect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics – UP TO HERE IS FINE.
and as soon as you select your Google account you will see a screen where you need to allow access.
NO SUCH SCREEN – THE SCREEN IS HEADED SEARCH CONSOLE – then ANALYTICS
Please make sure that all the boxes are checked and click on Allow.
THERE IS NO ALLOW BUTTON ANYWHERE
Here is a guide that can help: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/#num-2-connect-your-rank-math-account
THIS GUIDE IS OF NO USE.
It says: go to Rank Math > Analytics > Connect Your Rank Math AccountTHERE IS NO SUCH PATH!!!
Hello,
Sorry for the confusion up to this point.
Since you already have connected the Google Services on your website you don’t need to reconnect everything again and that’s why the paths don’t seem similar to the ones in the tutorials.
The overall optimization of your website is taken from the SEO Score you have on all your posts and pages and to improve that you need to add focus keywords to the posts and pages and optimize their content according to the guidelines from our plugin.
Here’s an article that might help with that: https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/
After you start improving the SEO Score of your pages the Overall Optimization inside the Analytics module will also start increasing.
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you, but this has nothing to do with the problem.
The problem is – Everything seems to be working now except Dashboard – Overall Optimization. It shows Fair 1, Poor 2, No Data 90Hello,
To display the data in the overall optimization, please make sure that you have already generated the SEO score for all your posts and pages by adding a focus keyword. Once you have generated the SEO score, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Rebuild Index for Analytics.
Once done, wait for the process to complete and you should be able to see the new stats in the Overall Optimization.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
After an hour the process completed but the result is the same as it has been all along.
Good 1
Fair 1
Poor 2

Hello,
The sensitive data section is updated with the information.
Hello,
Most of your posts are not optimized with Rank Math and instead it seems that you are using AIO SEO for that.
As you can see from this image, the posts don’t have any SEO Score from Rank Math:
That’s the reason you see the high numbers for the “No Data” inside the Analytics module.
You would need to add a focus keyword inside the Rank Math SEO Controls and optimize the posts to get that data inside the Analytics updated.
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
