The data is not populated in the SEO report if there is no data in the Analytics dashboard in Rank Math.
Please make sure that the Search Console and Analytics settings are configured at Rank Math > General settings > Analytics
If the settings are not configured, please configure them and wait for the data fetch to complete.
If the settings are already configured, please follow these steps to fetch the data:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.
Once the data is fetched, the next SEO Report will be populated with the data.

Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Analytics, and see if the data is populated. You can share a screenshot of the analytics dashboard as well.
If the data is populated, then yes, the data should be shown in the next SEO report of the website.
