    Hi Simone,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    1. The first one can be fixed by using a minified version of jQuery instead of the regular jQuery file: https://digwp.com/2009/06/including-jquery-in-wordpress-the-right-way/

Do note that even the minified version contains some comments so you might have to download it, edit it, self host it and then add the URL:
    null

    2. The second one can be fixed by not using Google Maps. Or, maybe not. It is okay to sacrifice a bit of speed for the added benefit of having a feature like a map.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

The first one I do not know how to handle

I don’t even know what uses jquery, I just tried to minify using a plugin

the first time I tried it worked

Then when I made a new seo analysis it stopped working

    Hi Simone,

It comes built into WordPress. The link I shared can show you how to use a minified jQuery file instead o using the one that comes bundled with WordPress.

With that said, feel free to ignore them if you are feeling a bit overwhelmed.

    Thank you.

    A bit confused

    HI Simone,

Thank you for getting back to us and sorry for the confusion.

As my colleague mentioned, you are free to ignore these tests since they are just general recommendations to improve the speed of your site and should not be followed religiously.

If you are keen on making these improvements, I can suggest that you seek the services of a freelance who will be able to make the necessary code changes.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.
