Non Existent 301 Redirection in Place

    Hello

    I am trying to create this page :

    https://thefitness-shop.com.au/gym-mirrors/

    But as you can see it is redirecting to the home page: https://thefitness-shop.com.au/

    I Quick Edit the product and it shows the url as /gym-mirrors-2/

    Meaning that there is already a page existing with the URL /gym-mirrors/

    I have a looked all over my wordpress and cannot find such page.

    I used Server status checker tool and it says it is 301 redirected by RankMath, However, when I check all my Redirections there is no redirection in place for this URL.

    Please help!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It is likely that you have enabled “Redirect to Homepage” as your Fallback behavior in your Redirect settings.

    Can you please confirm it? You may check it under Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections.

    With that said, we would like to further investigate this over your admin dashboard. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Further more, Redirect to homepage is NOT selected.

    I’m not sure how to give you FTP access?

    Hello,

    I was able to check that there is an attachment page with the URL https://thefitness-shop.com.au/gym-mirrors/ and since the Redirect Attachments option is enabled, the URL is redirecting to the homepage and you are also not able to create pages with the same URL.

    I have changed the URL of the attachments page. You will be able to use the URL now and it will also not get redirected to the homepage.
