However, it seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems you already have the PRO subscription in your account.
Please ensure to install the Rank Math PRO plugin version on your website. Please visit your account page and look for the “Download” button as you can see in my screenshot here:
If that won’t work, please try downloading the PRO plugin using a different browser or in an incognito mode.
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and on this page, please disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account.
The PRO features should be activated after doing so.
