I noticed you are using Elementor page builder, when using a page builder, please trust the scores and the processes inside the page builder settings rather than outside of it.
For your refernce, I’ve added a screencast, in the sensitive data section of the ticket.
There could a few other factors as well, which could be a hindrance in saving your metadata, to know more about it please go through the steps from this Knowledge Base article below:

It’s still not working for me. I tried in the Elementor builder and default editor. I can change the description snippet and the focus keyword but when I save and reload, they don’t save properly.
Again, it’s only happening for this post and no others.

I logged in to your website and checked the settings.
The updateMeta route is returning a 403 error.
As you are not using any Firewall or security plugin, in this case, you should ask your web host why the files are showing 403 error and ask them to whitelist the route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
