    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please confirm if you are referring to your WordPress Dashboard? If so, please ensure that you have installed Rank Math’s PRO plugin.

    After that, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.

    connect account

    That should fix the issue.
