    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We are not able to access the CSV file.

Please upload the file on https://wetransfer.com/ and share the link with us in the sensitive data section.

Also, make sure that your CSV file matches columns like this image
    coulmn

If they are non-existing redirects on your site, you should leave the id column values blank.

    Hope that helps.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

The CSV you are using has incorrect entries in the columns:

The destination column should have the complete URL and the source column should only have the part after your domain. Also please change the order to first source then destination column.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.

    Thanks.

but when im inserting that in this scheme it works in the redirection form of rankmath. my new domain is till as subdomain an will switch to the main domain later.

“Missing one or more required columns.” again i tried what you suggested.
Im working on https://neue2.yogamachtstark.de but this will become later https://yogamachtstark.de. I need to redirect the urls before i go online again. So i was hoping i can do this just without the domain it the URLs

    Hello,

Another issue is that you must have edited it in a spreedsheet editor such as Excel and changed the format of CSV. Instead of comma (,) you are using a semi column (;) which will not work since CSV needs to be in comma hence the name “Comma Separated Value”.

    comma

Hope that helps you with your situation. Looking forward to helping you on this one.

Hi Jeremy, ok that is strange because i selected the comma separated export. But i just found that we in germany need to set the location to US to get comma seperated export out of excel. Can you maybe change the import in rankmath to more csv varities pls? It took me a real long way to get this right. At they and i inserted it by hand. Which is sad because i was happy about the mass import in rankmath.

    Hello,

I have fixed it for you. I also tested importing it in my local installation and it works.

Please download the file from here: https://i.rankmath.com/J4medO

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Ok thanks a lot for this help, how did you edit it then. Just to know for the next time. Thanks a lot Jeremy.

    Hello,

I just opened the old CSV in an editor and replaced all semicolons with commas or you can refer to this guide: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000331030&type=1

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
