Could you please confirm if you’re using WCFM by wclovers plugin on your site?
If so, please disable the SEO options in WCFM since they seem to be interfering with the options from Rank Math. For clarification, WCFM has its own SEO options in the plugin that you need to disable when you are using a 3rd party SEO plugin.
You can get in touch with the WCFM team and they will be able to provide instructions on how to disable the built-in SEO options of WCFM.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors and enable the Author Archive options. Once done, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Authors and exclude all other user roles except the Vendors.
This will create an author sitemap with the store URLs.

But the problem that exports only 8, but we have 22 in total,
may you know why not authors is shown with that user role?

Our plugin only adds stores that have products because otherwise, the links would be without any actual content.
As soon as you add products to a store you should them appear on the author sitemap after that.

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
If the steps above don’t work please apply this filter code into your theme’s functions.php file to completely remove Rank Math’s sitemap file from caching.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
