Hello,
Let me start by saying I am new to using your plugin. As I get into this a couple things have jumped out at me and left me scratching my head. On one particular page, Rank tells me my focus keyword doesn’t appear at the beginning of my content…but it does. Rank tells me my focus keyword doesn’t appear in the content whatsoever…but it does. Same is true for H2 H3 H4 subheadings. As for density….the focus keyword appears 6 times on the about page.
Further perplexing me is Rank tells me the focus keyword doesn’t appear in the URL! While I can understand it should for a blog post, in my experience that is not the case for the main pages of a website which are conventionally Home, About Us, Our Services, FAQ, Contact Us which is the case for my site.
What’s more is Rank is telling me essentially there isn’t enough content on some pages…particularly the Contact Us page and the FAQ page, there too it’s not seeing my content correct;y and telling me my focus keyword isn’t included in the content.
So I guess what I am trying to say is…am I doing something wrong that Rank doesn’t see my content correctly and therefore is giving me a lower score than otherwise?
Please advise and direct me to some sort of tutorial regarding PAGES and not Blog Posts. Posts in my opinion are a different animal in terms of the frequency of us of focus keywords compared to a standard webpage. There are only so many times you can use certain terms before it becomes unnatural.
Thanks
Michael
