    Hi, we have rankmath pro (I don’t have my client’s login to open a ticket) but it’s not adding keywords to the tracker even though it says 102 keywords used and auto add focus keywords is on

    This could be an issue with the collations of the database tables that if they don’t match the data is not properly shown on the website.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
