    Hello
    I’m going to buy the Pro version of the plugin for 59$
    When I entered the PayPal portal and was about to pay, I realized that your acceptor portal wanted to deduct the amount from the credit card attached to my PayPal account, and unfortunately my credit card was out of balance.
    There is a balance in my PayPal account.
    Please send me an invoice for my PayPal email so that I can pay through that invoice.
    Or, if possible, send an email address connected to PayPal to deposit the amount for you.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    You should be able to control from where the payment is going to be deducted in the checkout page of PayPal, or in the settings for your account.

    ​​​​​​We can’t send you an invoice for PayPal as our system requires that you go through the checkout process.

    All settings in my PayPal are correct.
    This problem is due to the use of fastspring payment gateway and you also use this payment gateway.
    Please talk to your CFO and resolve my issue. As a customer, I want to buy a plugin from your site.
    I can pay my payment via PayPal, but your payment gateway asks me to pay only through the credit card connected to my PayPal account.
    I do not want to use null versions. Please help me to buy the original version from your site.

    All the payments for our subscriptions need to go through the payment provider so we can’t change that or send a manual invoice for the subscription.

    Please make sure that the credit card is verified with PayPal as that is a requirement set by PayPal to enable the subscriptions, but the money can be taken directly from the PayPal balance.

    On PayPal, you should be able to set the default method to be the credit you have on the PayPal account and only if that is missing the money should be taken from the credit card.

    Having said that, if the credit card has no funds PayPal might be rejecting the payment because of the requirement to have a credit card valid to enable subscription-based payments.

    Unfortunately, there’s nothing else we can do from our side to fix the situation.
