I checked the post types Realisations and Prestations, and I was not able to replicate the issue.
The meta description was saved without any issues.

To generate the description preview, your CPT must support the editor. I check the CPTs and they currently, don’t have the editor support:
Please add the support for editor in the Advanced Settings of your CPT and the preview will work fine. If you don’t want to add the support then you can simply ignore this as the description will be added to your post in the frontend. The issue is just with the preview in the meta box but Google and other crawlers will be able to read the description.
