I checked the URL shared by you on the Twitter Card Validator tool, and noticed the card has a summary card type. Could you please confirm if this is the changed image you mentioned ?
If the above is the case, please try checking your twitter card in an incognito mode.

Hi – yes you are correct, I went into incognito mode and got the summary card which is correct.
Does this mean that there is some sort of Twitter cache I need to clear to use twitter in a normal browser window ? I already did the following to try to get an updated card
1. Restarted the laptop
2. Logged out of Twitter and back into it
3. Cleared browsing data for past hour in Chrome
4. Cleared Siteground cache in Divi
5. Cleared Cloudflare cache
I can´t think of where else to clear so I see the new card – have I missed anything obvious ???

You can try to update/clear the Twitter cache manually by validating your card using the Twitter Validation Tool.
Please enter the URL in the URL section of the tool and click on preview card. This should most likely update the fresh changes.
