If you have already excluded and the issue persists, please add this filter in the theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Once done, clear the website cache and check the sitemap.

Sir sitemap page was visible earlier also but when i am checking sitemap.xml validator then http header content type error is showing there

I went ahead and checked a different variation of your sitemap and I was able to see the issue.
I also check your sitemap in an HTTP status checker and I found certificate errors. Please see my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix the error issue as this seems to be related to your certificate.
In addition to that, please make sure that all 4 variations of your sitemap are redirecting to your preferred variation which is https://domain.xyz/sitemap_index.xml

This seems like an issue with the way the pages are loaded on your website because each time we try to load the sitemap it returns an HTML page saying that we need to enable JavaScript.
There also seems to exist an issue with the SSL certificate on your website, because the page loads a JavaScript file with the following title: AES - Advanced Encryption Standard
So we would recommend getting in touch with your hosting provider or systems administrator to get clarification on this situation.
