    Hi Rank math Team,
    Our sitemap url redirecting to homepage. Sitemap url is http://www.shingetsuresearch.com/sitemap_index.xml. We are using rank math on our website from last 2 years and never encounter any issue, We are facing this from last 2 days. Google search console showing “Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead”.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.

    Then, resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.
