I have deactivated Wordfence and WP Super Cache and still no good. Cleared cookies and cache too.

The updateMeta route is returning a 403 error on the page that you have shared:
I tried to check for a plugin conflict but the troubleshooting mode of the Health Check plugin is not working on your site. Please check with only Elementor, Rank Math, and a default theme enabled. If it works then enable other plugins one by one to check which plugin is causing the issue.

Mate I mentioned in my first message that, “I have checked with web devs and they say there are no plugin conflicts and WP is latest version.”
I have tried Yoast and the same issue is happening.
