Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
Assuming you’re using the Strip Category Base and Remove Base options to remove the prefixes, after enabling these options, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes).
Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue persists, please take a backup of your .htaccess
file and replace it with the default WordPress .htaccess
file. You can get the file contents from here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/
You can follow this guide to edit the .htaccess
with Rank Math:
https://rankmath.com/kb/edit-htaccess/
Once done, again clear your website and browser’s cache and see if the issue is fixed.
Let us know how that goes.
Thank you.
