Rank Math makes it extremely easy to add the Schema Markup necessary to be eligible for Review Snippets & Star Rating rich results.
Rank Math plugin adds the necessary markup for rich snippets. For instance, If you have reviews for your products, then the WooCommerce Product Schema will automatically use them in the Schema data.
However, It is completely up to Google to decide to show the rich snippets in the search results. Here is a link that can help you understand on how to earn a star rating in SERPs:

Please note Google will not necessarily show the rating stars, though, they check a few things first and may choose to show, for instance, they check the overall quality of the site, and if the review content is representative of the main content of the page or not.
As for hiding price from rich snippets, the Price is a required property of the offer, and if it is disabled that will in turn render the offer invalid and in turn render the Schema invalid. Therefore, it is not recommended.

You can get in touch with the developer of the KK Star rating plugin and ask them to implement their aggregateRating Schema with Rank Math’s Schema using the following filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#extend-json-ld-data
Once done, you can validate the schema of your products using Google’s Rich Results test tool.
