Did you consult the guide?
Please change your language at WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General.
Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and you will see “update translations” button. Hit that and your Rank Math plugin will be automatically translated to Spanish.
If you need to customize or translate certain strings, you can use the free Loco Translate button for the same.
