Just following up on this. Please check the Sensitive Data post I made yesterday, I included screenshots showing both my confirmation email and my account page, both are definitely under the same email address.
The Rank Math Pro plug-in was installed and working on our website back in November, sometime since then it stopped working and won’t let me update. The plugin is saying we don’t have a membership, but I definitely purchased one.
Please let me know what to do to correct this problem.
