RankMath doesnt connect, no updates possible

    Hello, I already contacted you regarding this issue. We relaunched our website and reconnected rankmath. It says “connected” in the dashboard.
    However, when trying to update the Pro plugin, it says: “Automatic updates are not available. Please connect Rank Math SEO PRO for automatic updates.” I already disconnected and connected again.
    Can you please provide a fix ASAP?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then, reconnect your website to your Rank Math PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

    Once done, you can update the PRO plugin from the plugin list.
