Could you please share more details of the issue? Are you getting any error messages upon connecting/activating the websites to your paid Rank Math account?
Meanwhile, the PRO Version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.
To activate the PRO plugin on your site, please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and on this page, please disconnect and connect your website again.
