Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please cross-check, if you have set the robots meta tag to index by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Category Archives Robots Meta > Enable Category Archives Meta > Select index meta tag under it?
To troubleshoot the issue, please refer to our detailed Knowledge Base article here :
https://rankmath.com/kb/error-submitted-url-marked-noindex/
Please let us know how that goes. Please let us know if you need help with anything else.
Thank you
Thank you for your answer.
Yes, the category archives robots meta tag is set to index.
Hello,
I checked the page source and found a noindex tag present. It seems like it is either an issue with your Rank Math settings or it could be a caching issue.
First, please make sure that you didn’t mark this specific page as noindex by checking the settings.
https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-noindex-urls/
After that, please delete your site cache and check this page’s source code and look for the robots meta tag. If it is shown as noindex then Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi,
I also tried to mark it as Index, delete cache and made changes to WP rocket to not cache sitemap and as soon as I update the page it still goes back to Noindex.
Hello,
I tried to log in to your website but the login credentials are incorrect.
Please check and provide the correct login details so we can check further.
We look forward to helping you.

Hello,
I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, I found that the product category had no products attached, and the Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives option was enabled from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta.
When this option is enabled, all categories/tags which do not have any post/product attached are automatically noindexed. If you wish, you may disable that option to remove the noindex tag.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
