Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The access that you shared is very limited.
Please provide admin-level access so we can check further.
We look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I’ve checked your site’s PHP configuration, and it seems that there’s a PHP value that is too low which you should increase. Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following value:
Max input time: 150
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again if the issue still persists with Rank Math activated.
If the issue still occurs, it would be helpful for us to determine the root cause of the issue if you can get the error log of your site when the issue happened.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
Dear Reinelle,
thank you very much.
It can be a bigger problem. I am also in contact now with WooCommerce support and Stripe. From Stripe site all ok. From Woocommerce Support they tell me to try WP Staging plugin to find the problem. So it can be the Theme or any Plugin. But the 404 only come if i activate your plugin. The other problem is it doesn’t show the Stripe payment well. My customer can see the option and click on it, but that’s all… so i think there is a bigger problem all together.
But i will also ask my hosting for this what you tell me. And maybe in i don’t know how many week i am ready, because i am not a developer or something like this. I am only a normal sales person what try to create a new website… And now nothing works.. After corona crashes my business for nearby 2 years.. Really it is to sad all together .. Greetings for you and thank you very much!
Sylvia
Hello,
We are also trying to debug this situation from our side and while we were trying to trigger the 404 on the checkout page we couldn’t do it and the page was loading fine while Rank Math is active.
Could you please record a video of the steps we need to take to trigger the issue on your website so we can continue debugging?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi, thank you very much for your message.
So I’ve just tried again. I cleared the cache on my computer, then activated your plugin.
Then I went to this page
https://emirates4you.com/to-book/
and added this product
https://emirates4you.com/activity/half-day-desert-safari-id29/
to my shopping cart.
Then I went to the shopping cart first.
https://emirates4you.com/shopping-cart/
And from there I clicked “Proceed to checkout” and it’s 404 again.
Then i deactivate your plugin again and do the same steps again and all is fine, i can see the checkout page and it is not 404. https://emirates4you.com/checkout/
Hi, i would tell you only, i got answer from Elementor too and they say, it is your problem. So the circle is closed now. Every part of this problem send me to the other part and never i find out the problem.
So, maybe i have to delete you. Sorry but other my website is not working well. And no one can solve the problem.
I am sorry but what should i do?
Greetings Sylvia
Hello,
On our redirections module, you had a redirection of the checkout page sending it over to a 410 status code that was causing this issue.
We deactivated this redirection and the checkout page is working as expected.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hi Miguel,
thank you very much for your answer.
Really? A Redirection? But i can’t remember that i did. Because of this is no reason to do this… The only what i try to do all the time is, the search engine to stop to index all my pages. No need for them to index Cart, and Accounts, and Vendor accounts and every attribute for filters. And i redirected much because of changing my website this year to WordPress. sometimes i checked the redirections because i want to have not so much.
Oh i am so happy you find this. So i can activate your plugin and all will work well now.
I thank you so much. So one of the checkout problems is solved now.
Now i have to find only the other problem why Stripe is not working. But this i do with Woocommerce and Stripe and the Elementor Page builder.
Very very thank you for your patience with me.
Greetings Sylvia
